На всеки трябва да му бъде ясно, че тези съставки са напълно безвредни и дори подсилват организма. Естествено със тях не трябва да се прекалява, както при дозите, така и при продължителността на прием, понеже не е хубаво едно тяло да свиква постоянно с хранителни добавки, за това е важно и да се храните както трябва.&lt;br /&gt;От голямо значение също е и фирмата, която произвежда такъв тип добавки, тъй като в повечето случаи те са менте.
